Saw this advertisement today while at the gym and thought “oh look, they think consumers are stupid enough to believe 1 X everything else is actually a great deal.
I can see some marketing person going… “Well we have a X and we have a number to go in the Top (3), the Left (2) and the American Express text for the right side. What are we going to put on the bottom? I has to match of course… I know, we’ll put 1 so you get 1 x everything else. That’s a great deal!”
