Cranberry Apple Pork Ribs

Here's another quick to fix recipe that tastes great.
1 Package Pork Ribs (boneless)
1/4 cup cranberry preserves
1/4 cup Apple Vinegar cider
1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 Tablespoon olive oil
Brown the pork ribs (I cut the larger ones in half) in the olive oil.
Mix the preserves, vinegar and mustard together and pour into pan. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until fully cooked.
Serve over rice
