Baked Cinnamon and Honey Chicken Breasts With Pear

This is one I put together tonight. No recipe, no measurements just tossed everything into a pan and stuck it into the oven. The best part, besides how good it turned out, is the fact that it took all of 10 minutes to prepare. I used a stone ground 2" baking pan, but a ceramic or glass one would work just as well.

3 Chicken Breasts

1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

3 Tablespoons Honey (or more if you want)

1 Teaspoon Ground Pepper

 

Preheat the over to 375.

Cut the chicken into small pieces (about 1" cubes) and place in the pan

Sprinkle pepper over chicken

Core, peal and quarter pear and arrange on top of chicken

Sprinkle cinnamon on top of chicken and pears

Drizzle the honey on top of chicken and pears

Put in oven uncovered for about 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.

 

Enjoy over rice with the juices from the chicken dripped on top.
