The Threads of Our Lives
Driving to work the other day I got somewhat lost in the past. It occurred to me that most of the major events, outcomes, and catastrophes of my life can be traced back to very specific events.
I envisioned a thread that meandered it's way through time and space, gradually growing larger as each individual line merged with its base.
I thought it might be fun to follow of few of these threads, tracking where they came from and where they went to.
The question now is where to begin:

Where do the threads start, where do they stop? Each of those listed above are related to one another. Each could be traced back to the root Michigan. There are divergent threads that make their way back to the main line.
